Before you book
You can find cancellation details on the listing page and during the booking process – before you pay.
After you book
The policy and rescheduling/cancellation options can always be found in your confirmation and reminder emails which contain a booking reschedule/cancellation link. Just click on the link and you’ll find the Provider’s Rescheduling/Cancellation policy described in the newly open window. The times and dates we display for rescheduling/cancellation policies are according to the Irish local time for the season. Rescheduling/Cancellation deadlines for receiving refunds are measured from the Service start time.
If you want to know what your refund will be, start cancelling your reservation and we’ll show you a detailed breakdown. Depending on the Provider’s policy that applies to your booking, when you reschedule/cancel, you may get a partial, full or no refund depending on the timeframe – learn more about different cancellation policies.
