Cancelling or Rescheduling a Booking
Your plans have changed and now you need to cancel your reservation. No problem. You can go to your confirmation or reminder email where you will find a link for rescheduling/cancelling. There, you can make changes to your booking.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment:
Desktop, iOS, Android, Mobile browser
- Go to the mailbox of the email you used to submit your booking and select the booking confirmation or reminder email
- Click the Cancel/Reschedule link. A new window will open.
- Click the Reschedule button to reschedule your appointment, or
- Click the Cancel button to cancel your appointment
Requesting a refund
If you experience an issue during the Service, you can ask your Provider to resolve it, request a partial refund, or request to cancel your booking for a full refund. It’s important to submit your request immediately when noticing the issue, and your Provider will have to respond. If they decline or don’t respond within 1 hour, you can ask Car Valet Hero to step in to help.
