Background
After being involved in the detailing industry and studying it for years, we spotted gaps caused by existing industry limitations and saw potential improvements, so we put a plan to address those. The Car Valet Hero online platform and provider network is our solution.
Our website was designed as an easy-to-navigate, available 24/7 digital extension and a new dimension of customer service in the industry.
We use a modern digital toolset and extra human resources to improve the customer experience so customers can confidently choose our member centres as preferred service providers and our platform as their primary search, filter and booking tool.
