Issues Eligible for Refunds
Some issues need a little extra help. If you are experiencing any of these, you are most likely covered by the Rebooking, Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- No access to the premise where the Service has to take place, for instance, if the Provider is late or out and can’t be reached
- Space isn’t safe upon arrival, such as construction or hazardous work is being carried out
- The service isn’t as it was described in the listing description – missing features
