Just had Daniel from 710 Studios do an engine bay clean on my Volvo XC60 after the oil cap was left off. The results were hugely impressive, but Daniel did not stop there. He gave the outside a good wash and clean, and even vacuumed the interior. His attention to detail, like his work, is impressive. I have them on order, but Daniel even noticed, and told me, that the rear tyres were almost worn to limits. I liked Daniel immediately. He was knowledgeable, professional, and produced results that count. I cannot recommend him highly enough - 5 stars is the norm but this guy is beyond that. Will definitely be paying him another visit. And you should too.

Brought my RS3 to Adam for some TLC back in March 2023 and can’t thank him enough for the amazing work he did. I received full paint correction, touch ups and a full ceramic coating as well as coating to my callipers and new wheels. My car still looks as if it was detailed with him yesterday after a simple hand wash!
Adam was a pleasure to deal with and kept me updated throughout the entire process. No job was too big or too small for him! Training Day in the Bay!

I've been on a lookout for training as such for quite a while and I was excited to learn on how to properly clean and maintain my car!

The whole day was well organised .
We went through the whole process of full deep wash, decontamination and paint correction/polishing and even had some time for stone chips touch-up. Was really pleased with the results!

Adam is very passionate about cars and takes pride in his work which is very evident in the outcomes. He is also very patient and explains everything in great detail.
Would highly recommend this training everyone !

We aim to make booking your valet or detailing service as convenient as possible, which is why we offer several booking channels.

The most convenient and preferred way to book is online using the booking widget on our website, accessed through the “Book” button. This allows you to quickly schedule a standard appointment or make one using a gift voucher, while helping our teams stay focused on delivering the best possible results for every vehicle.

You can also book through the appointment links on our service centres’ Google profiles, or by contacting us directly via phone, text message, WhatsApp, Messenger, or Viber. Our Customer Care team takes bookings and replies to queries for multiple locations, so please specify your location with your query. Walk-in bookings are also welcome at our valeting & detailing centres, subject to availability.

To secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking 4–5 days in advance, especially during busy periods.

Service times typically vary, and we block a little longer slots to ensure we complete the work to the highest standard. It is good to know that we may keep your car for half a day if the service normally takes 1-3 hours, or a whole day if it normally takes 4-8 hours. Other sophisticated services like paint correction and ceramic coating may take between 1 and 3 days. You are given an estimated time during booking or on arrival, and later notified when your vehicle is ready for collection.
Getting your car ready before a valeting/detailing session helps the detailer work more efficiently and provide a better service and value. Let the detailer focus on cleaning rather than clearing out clutter.Here’s what you should do:
  • Clear the glove box, center console, door pockets, seat pockets and under the seats.
  • Take out items such as sunglasses, chargers, loose change and important documents.
  • Remove everything from the boot, including spare items, emergency kits, or sports equipment.
  • Remove child seats to allow our team members to clean underneath.
  • Take off any roof racks or items attached to the exterior to ensure all panels can be cleaned.

A deposit secures your booking and helps us manage our schedule efficiently. It also ensures commitment from both sides, preventing last-minute cancellations. Bookings with deposits take priority over bookings with no deposits, which are treated as unconfirmed and are subject to available free slots at the time of arrival.

When a service requires a deposit, the booking will be considered unconfirmed and treated only as an expression of interest until the deposit is paid. The service centre reserves the right to disregard any unconfirmed booking or offer the same slot to the public if the customer chooses not to pay or postpones the payment of a deposit. Customers acknowledge that any unconfirmed time slot may be offered to another individual who secures the booking with a deposit. In cases where multiple customers express interest in the same time slot without paying a deposit, the booking will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bookings can be cancelled anytime, but deposits are refunded only if cancellation occurs at least 3 days before the scheduled service.
Alternatively, bookings can be rescheduled from the confirmation/reminder emails, or transferred to another person/vehicle for the same service with prior notice by phone or email. The service price will be updated based on the vehicle type and condition.
Late or no-show customers don’t get a refund or free/priority services.
Rescheduling
One rescheduling is allowed, and the deposit carries over:
  • the full value, if rescheduled 2+ days
  • half-value, if rescheduled less than 2 days
  • and forfeited, if rescheduled less than 1 day
before the scheduled service.
Alternatively, bookings can be transferred to another person/vehicle for the same service with prior notice by phone or email. The service price will be updated based on the vehicle type and condition.
Late or no-show customers don’t get a refund or free/priority services.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, you can contact us directly by phone, text, email, WhatsApp and Messenger, or use the dedicated Reschedule/Cancel links in the confirmation and reminder emails if you booked online. Please contact us as soon as it’s clear you can’t attend your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other customers. Late changes to bookings may result in a forfeited deposit.
If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you. A significant delay may require rescheduling. A delay of up to 15 minutes without notice is acceptable, but longer delays without notice and no-shows result in deposit loss.
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible with our rescheduling and cancellation policy. Our goal is not to forfeit your deposit but to encourage commitment when booking. Our standard policy requires a 2-day lead time for rescheduling and 3 days for cancelling unless explicitly stated otherwise. We can decide to transfer your deposit to a future appointment if you reschedule or cancel late. Occasionally, the deposit may be forfeited to cover lost appointment slots.

We stand behind the quality of our work and provide a workmanship warranty for our services. The best way to claim your warranty is on the spot—if you notice any issue while you’re still on-site, let us know immediately so we can address it straight away.

If a mistake or omission is discovered later, don’t worry—we’re here to help. Simply reach out, and we’ll review the situation to arrange a fair solution in your best interest. This also applies to any complaints you may have.
