My first time using this service and have to say - absolutely thrilled with the result. Drove in with what could have been mistaken as a skip in a farmyard and drove out with a car that could have taken pride of place in a car showroom. They didn't miss a spot and Antonio was very welcoming and friendly to deal with. If you have an hour to spare, don't bother going for a standard wash, get the mini valet done - it is such good value for money!! Will definitely use again, thank you so much Car Valet Hero Tullamore

We aim to provide as convenient bookings as possible. You can book an appointment online via our website (Book Now or Redeem Gift Voucher buttons) and Google profile (Appointments link); by phone (085 759 2684), text, WhatsApp, Messenger or Viber; or in person at our valeting centres. We recommend booking at least 4-5 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Service times typically vary, and we block a little longer slots to ensure we complete the work to the highest standard. It is good to know that we may keep your car for half a day if the service normally takes 1-3 hours, or a whole day if it normally takes 4-8 hours. Other sophisticated services like paint correction and ceramic coating may take between 1 and 3 days. You are given an estimated time during booking or on arrival, and later notified when your vehicle is ready for collection.

A deposit secures your booking and helps us manage our schedule efficiently. It also ensures commitment from both sides, preventing last-minute cancellations. Bookings with deposits take priority over bookings with no deposits, which are treated as unconfirmed and are subject to available free slots at the time of arrival.

When a service requires a deposit, the booking will be considered unconfirmed and treated only as an expression of interest until the deposit is paid. The service centre reserves the right to disregard any unconfirmed booking or offer the same slot to the public if the customer chooses not to pay or postpones the payment of a deposit. Customers acknowledge that any unconfirmed time slot may be offered to another individual who secures the booking with a deposit. In cases where multiple customers express interest in the same time slot without paying a deposit, the booking will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancelling
Bookings can be cancelled anytime, but deposits are refunded only if cancellation occurs at least 3 days before the scheduled service.
Alternatively, bookings can be rescheduled from the confirmation/reminder emails, or transferred to another person/vehicle for the same service with prior notice by phone or email. The service price will be updated based on the vehicle type and condition.
Late or no-show customers don’t get a refund or free/priority services.
Rescheduling
One rescheduling is allowed, and the deposit carries over:
  • the full value, if rescheduled 2+ days
  • half-value, if rescheduled less than 2 days
  • and forfeited, if rescheduled less than 1 day
before the scheduled service.
Alternatively, bookings can be transferred to another person/vehicle for the same service with prior notice by phone or email. The service price will be updated based on the vehicle type and condition.
Late or no-show customers don’t get a refund or free/priority services.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, you can contact us directly by phone, text, email, WhatsApp and Messenger, or use the dedicated Reschedule/Cancel links in the confirmation and reminder emails if you booked online. Please contact us as soon as it’s clear you can’t attend your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other customers. Late changes to bookings may result in a forfeited deposit.
If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you. A significant delay may require rescheduling. A delay of up to 15 minutes without notice is acceptable, but longer delays without notice and no-shows result in deposit loss.
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible with our rescheduling and cancellation policy. Our goal is not to forfeit your deposit but to encourage commitment when booking. Our standard policy requires a 2-day lead time for rescheduling and 3 days for cancelling unless explicitly stated otherwise. We can decide to transfer your deposit to a future appointment if you reschedule or cancel late. Occasionally, the deposit may be forfeited to cover lost appointment slots.

We stand behind the quality of our work and provide a workmanship warranty for our services. The best way to claim your warranty is on the spot—if you notice any issue while you’re still on-site, let us know immediately so we can address it straight away.

If a mistake or omission is discovered later, don’t worry—we’re here to help. Simply reach out, and we’ll review the situation to arrange a fair solution in your best interest. This also applies to any complaints you may have.
