Rescheduling
We don’t charge a rescheduling fee if an appointment is rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance.
We may charge a half-deposit rescheduling fee for last-minute reschedules (less than 24 hours in advance).
One rescheduling for a date and time within 2 weeks of the initial appointment is allowed.

Cancelling
We refund 100% of the deposit if a booking is cancelled 48 hours or more in advance.
