What is the best way to book an appointment?
We aim to make booking your valet or detailing service as convenient as possible, which is why we offer several booking channels.
The most convenient and preferred way to book is online using the booking widget on our website, accessed through the “Book” button. This allows you to quickly schedule a standard appointment or make one using a gift voucher, while helping our teams stay focused on delivering the best possible results for every vehicle.
You can also book through the appointment links on our service centres’ Google profiles, or by contacting us directly via phone, text message, WhatsApp, Messenger, or Viber. Our Customer Care team takes bookings and replies to queries for multiple locations, so please specify your location with your query. Walk-in bookings are also welcome at our valeting & detailing centres, subject to availability.
To secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking 4–5 days in advance, especially during busy periods.
How long will my car stay with you?
Service times typically vary, and we block a little longer slots to ensure we complete the work to the highest standard. It is good to know that we may keep your car for half a day if the service normally takes 1-3 hours, or a whole day if it normally takes 4-8 hours. Other sophisticated services like paint correction and ceramic coating may take between 1 and 3 days. You are given an estimated time during booking or on arrival and later notified when your vehicle is ready for collection.
What preparations should I do before presenting my vehicle for a service?
- Clear the glove box, center console, door pockets, seat pockets and under the seats.
- Take out items such as sunglasses, chargers, loose change and important documents.
- Remove everything from the boot, including spare items, emergency kits, or sports equipment.
- Remove child seats to allow our team members to clean underneath.

What payment methods do you accept?
Do I have to pay a deposit?
A deposit secures your booking and helps us manage our schedule efficiently. It also ensures commitment from both sides, preventing last-minute cancellations. Bookings with deposits take priority over bookings with no deposits, which are treated as unconfirmed and are subject to available free slots at the time of arrival.
When a service requires a deposit, the booking will be considered unconfirmed and treated only as an expression of interest until the deposit is paid. The service centre reserves the right to disregard any unconfirmed booking or offer the same slot to the public if the customer chooses not to pay or postpones the payment of a deposit. Customers acknowledge that any unconfirmed time slot may be offered to another individual who secures the booking with a deposit. In cases where multiple customers express interest in the same time slot without paying a deposit, the booking will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
What is your booking deposit and rescheduling and cancelling policy?
Bookings can be cancelled anytime, but deposits are non-refundable.
One rescheduling is allowed not less than 1 day before the scheduled service. The deposit carries over its full value.
