Bookings with deposits take priority over bookings with no deposits, which are treated as unconfirmed and are subject to available free slots at the time of arrival.
When a service requires a deposit, the booking will be considered unconfirmed and treated only as an expression of interest until the deposit is paid. The service centre reserves the right to disregard any unconfirmed booking or offer the same slot to the public if the customer chooses not to pay or postpones the payment of a deposit. Customers acknowledge that any unconfirmed time slot may be offered to another individual who secures the booking with a deposit. In cases where multiple customers express interest in the same time slot without paying a deposit, the booking will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
