Frequently Asked Questions
We aim to provide as convenient bookings as possible. You can book an appointment online via our website (Book Now or Redeem Gift Voucher buttons) and Google profile (Appointments link); by phone (085 759 2684), text, WhatsApp, Messenger or Viber; or in person at our valeting centres. We recommend booking at least 4-5 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Service times typically vary, and we block a little longer slots to ensure we complete the work to the highest standard. It is good to know that we may keep your car for half a day if the service normally takes 1-3 hours, or a whole day if it normally takes 4-8 hours. Other sophisticated services like paint correction and ceramic coating may take between 1 and 3 days. You are given an estimated time during booking or on arrival and later notified when your vehicle is ready for collection.

A deposit secures your booking and helps us manage our schedule efficiently. It also ensures commitment from both sides, preventing last-minute cancellations.

Cancelling
Bookings can be cancelled anytime, but deposits are refunded only if cancellation occurs at least 3 days before the scheduled service.
Alternatively, bookings can be rescheduled from the confirmation/reminder emails, or transferred to another person/vehicle for the same service with prior notice by phone or email. The service price will be updated based on the vehicle type and condition.
Late or no-show customers don’t get a refund or free/priority services.
Rescheduling
One rescheduling is allowed, and the deposit carries over:
  • the full value, if rescheduled 2+ days
  • half-value, if rescheduled less than 2 days
  • and forfeited, if rescheduled less than 1 day
before the scheduled service.
Alternatively, bookings can be transferred to another person/vehicle for the same service with prior notice by phone or email. The service price will be updated based on the vehicle type and condition.
Late or no-show customers don’t get a refund or free/priority services.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, you can contact us directly by phone, text, email, WhatsApp and Messenger, or use the dedicated Reschedule/Cancel links in the confirmation and reminder emails if you booked online. Please contact us as soon as it’s clear you can’t attend your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other customers. Late changes to bookings may result in a forfeited deposit.
If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you. A significant delay may require rescheduling. A delay of up to 15 minutes without notice is acceptable, but longer delays without notice and no-shows result in deposit loss.
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible with our rescheduling and cancellation policy. Our goal is not to forfeit your deposit but to encourage commitment when booking. Our standard policy requires a 2-day lead time for rescheduling and 3 days for cancelling unless explicitly stated otherwise. We can decide to transfer your deposit to a future appointment if you reschedule or cancel late. Occasionally, the deposit may be forfeited to cover lost appointment slots.
