1. Introduction
By entering this prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The promoter of this prize draw is Car Valet Hero, herein referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”.
2. Eligibility
- Open to persons in the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or older.
- Only valid bookings or entries through the draw form with valid email addresses are entered into the draw.
- A booking is deemed valid when the service booked has been fulfilled. Each valid booking counts as a unique entry.
- Repeat entries through the draw form are congregated and count as a single entry per draw. If the email address is associated with a booking in the same draw, the booking entry is taken into account, and the draw form entry is invalidated.
3. How to Enter
- Entry is free and requires submission of a name, a valid email address and location through the official Car Valet Hero booking system or entry form.
- Every time 100 different valid email entries are received, a prize draw will be triggered.
- Entrants are entered into the draw upon successful submission.
- Customers who make an online booking with Car Valet Hero are automatically entered into the prize draw using the email address associated with their booking. Each valid booking counts as a unique entry. A booking is deemed valid when the service booked was fulfilled.
- Entries that are incomplete, invalid, or suspected of being fraudulent, as well as entries from cancelled services, will be disqualified. Entries from rescheduled services count toward the relevant draw after fulfilment.
4. Prize
One €100 or two €50 Car Valet Hero Gift Vouchers will be awarded for every 100 unique, valid entries.
The vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Gift Voucher Terms (including expiry dates and usage conditions) apply and will be provided to the winner.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries every time a 100-email threshold is reached.
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone/text, and the vouchers will be emailed to them within a reasonable time after the draw.
6. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Car Valet Hero to use their first name and general location (e.g., “Sarah from Dublin”) for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
7. Data Protection
The collected personal data will be used to administer this promotion in compliance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Entrants can unsubscribe from future communications at any time.
8. General
We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw at any time without notice.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
Our decision in all matters regarding the prize draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
