Car Valet Hero Service Fees

To help Car Valet Hero run smoothly and to cover the cost of members’ support, we charge the service provider a fee when a booking is confirmed and fulfilled.

Service fee

The fee (incl. VAT) is calculated as percentage of the booked services total and deducted from the service providers’ (Provider’s) payout. Customers booking services through Car Valet Hero pay the standard service prices offered by the service provider to the general public, and are not charged anything more. The cost of utilities is on the providers. Most Providers are liable a 15% fee, but some may pay more like Providers with extremely flexible or strict service terms.

VAT charges

The service fee includes the applicable VAT.
We reserve the right to change our service fees at any time and will provide you with prior notice of any fee changes before they become effective. Any fee changes will not affect customers’ bookings and providers’ payouts for bookings made prior to the effective date of the fee change.
