Rescheduling
Booking reschedules 3 or more days before the appointment don’t incur a rescheduling fee.
Booking reschedules less than 3 days before the appointment incur a 50 % regular deposit rescheduling fee.
One rebooking is acceptable.
In any case, the new appointment should be within 2 weeks.
Appointments for a date out of the 2-week window and no-show customers don’t have their deposit carried over and aren’t eligible for a refund.
