Bookings rescheduled 24 hours or more before the appointment start time carry over 100% of the deposit against the total price.
Bookings rescheduled less than 24 hours before the start time carry over 50 % of the deposit.
In both cases, the new appointment should be completed within two weeks after the initially booked date and time to qualify.
