If you’d like to request a refund before or after your appointment, we recommend discussing any refund amounts with your Provider directly.
However, if you and your Provider aren’t able to come to an agreement, you’ll have the option to ask Car Valet Hero for help finding a solution. Issues must be reported to Car Valet Hero within 24 hours of discovery to be eligible under our Rebooking, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
If you’re experiencing an issue during the Service, we’ll help you ask your Provider to resolve it, request a refund, or request to cancel for a full refund. It’s important to submit the request within 24 hours of noticing the issue. Your Provider will have 1 hour to respond. If they decline or don’t respond, you can ask Car Valet Hero to step in to help.
