Offline Fee Policy

Providers can’t collect additional charges outside our platform without our expressed authorisation.

The exceptions are Services with no price cap, provided they are clearly described as such in the Listing, the Customer is aware of possible surcharge, and the total price is to be determined at the Provider’s premises before the actual work is carried out, including additional service requests by the Customer at the spot.

In the cases when exception charges have been charged by the Provider, they have the obligation and responsibility to disclose these charges to Car Valet Hero within 24 hours of the Service completion and have the applicable service fees deducted from their next payout or using a different payment method, agreed between the two parties in advance.
